I think bubbles may be 4D love/light transmitters.
They are attuned using a 33.3333 kHz violet ray wand, which is essentially an ultrasonic tool.
33Hz, or harmonics thereof are Christ Consciousness, which vibrates at the heart chakra.
Or Drunvalo Melchizedek says the half step between solar plexus and heart I believe if I recall correctly.
