That is one of my favorite quotes in the Ra Material. The way I interpret it is: one is no longer bound by the limitations of the universe. We humans are quite limited. We are bound to this planet and this life. One who is unfettered, can go anywhere, and be at any time. Distance is not an issue. He or she is able to terminate their incarnation if they so desire, but being STO the adept generally has a strong desire to stay and serve others in their new capacity.
Contact with Intelligent Infinity is akin to unity consciousness. So, the Law of One is a true reality for that individual. It’s hard to speak about it because I haven’t had contact with Intelligent Infinity so I cannot describe the consciousness of it. But I imagine that the universe is opened up to one (the universe is a macrocosmic reflection of the microcosm, which is the self. And vice versa.) The self is unified at that level and he has access to all parts of the universe and himself. This is the adept.
