What would you recommend to be able to remember our past lives?
Is this about remaining semi aware? How do you do that?
I'm glad your life is better now than when you were younger.

I held my spirit guide lemurian crystal, and asked to remember, and then I felt energy coming down into my crown.
It was pretty fast, but I don't yet remember.
