Welcome Medicus !

I agree with Indigo and Nau7ik, grounding is essential and if you have a loving thought for Gaia who loves us, that helps too !! I found that trying for just a nap, or just even laying down for fifteen minutes, if you have the time, with a hibiscus tea does wonder. For some reason hibiscus tea has mysterious qualities for that.. The brand Stash had a wild raspberry/ hibiscus that is particularly lovely.
