Hello! I agree with Indigo, that grounding may help. The way I ground is placing my feet on the ground and feeling the energy. Just feel the energy at the soles of your feet. Feel your connection to the earth. I imagine breathing out a blackish substance coming out of my feet and going into the ground, and at the inbreath, I visualize white light entering my body through the feet and filling my body with radiant white light.
I think the silent meditation may also help. No thoughts, just listening to the silence and resting in the silence. Not attaching the self to thoughts thatcome up or pushing them away.
Something that I think is so important is: intention. Set your intentions for spiritual seeking. WHy do you seek and for what purpose? Thoughts are things metaphysically. If you intend to seek knowledge for the service to others, the sword of discernment will cut through that which is not consonant with your intentions. “Know Thyself.” Keeping our morals and principles consistent is an important aspect of polarization.
This brings me to the next point, we metaphysically take on personal responsibility by our seeking. We have a responsibility to at least try to “walk the talk”. It’s okay if we stumble or fall, just get back up and keep walking.
With greater power, comes greater responsibility.
