Last night, after looking into the banishing ritual, I got stage fright. I don't own a dagger, and I'm not sure how strict I need to follow the instructions.

You don't need to use a dagger (I don't) and the instructions don't need to be followed 100%, such as if the visualizations seem difficult, you don't need to do them.

I decided to use noise cancelling headphones, which worked great. The bangs were muted and I got very good rest for once!
