Yeah, I'll take a break from doing energy work.
I hadn't been doing any energy centers/chakras stuff lately anyway.

Right now I've got to take care of my teeth. I'm going in on Thursday for some dental work.

They're having me do a flouride rinse, which is said to calcify the pineal gland.
I guess I don't care. I'd rather have good teeth than a healthy pineal.
