While I agree that All is one. And that time is non-linear to Logos etc.
I don't see how it can be completely non-linear on the 3D planet. Time is ...feature of the planet. You are going destroy Law of Cause and Effect if you allow to reincarnate backwards in time AND give people Free Will.
If you compare our life here as a computer game of 100 levels, where you saved on every level and can go to any at will. This can be seen as having non linear time. But it is the game and it is rigged, meaning every level is always played certain way. You can't have someone go to level 85 directly and do whatever they want (Free Will). And then go back to level 5. Then you may also run into a situation when nobody wants to "play" certain levels, say 15 and 16, then what, not enough reincarnated Souls? You are going to have soul-less human simulators?
Also. Can you have numerous reincarnations? Or one. If more than one, can you have numerous at the same time/space and space/time? Can they run into each other? Can you form a gang of yourselves? How would you carry Karma and other "points" you've earned in the game? All this stuff is from a linear time.
