I know exactly what you're talking about friend Every time I consistently meditate for a couple days, I become aware of myself as a sort of primary/background feeling/aware of my own consciousness. It's hard to put into words, but even when I speak, I'm aware of myself (I can tell that as of the moment I'm writing this I'm not feeling what I'm trying to describe). It's sort of like multitasking since I'm constantly aware of me and who I am, but also engaging with others in daily life. Good stuff, I think I'll go meditate
