ahktu, mood swings have become more pronounced for me as well lately. Although I don't oscillate back and forth extremely rapidly, I do tend to find myself in a dark mental state for hours at a time, only to swing back to the familiar lightness and happiness for a bit, back and forth, back and forth... at first I attributed it to a recent change in diet that I've put myself through. (cutting out meat entirely) But it didn't happen the first time I went meat-free. Maybe it has something to do with the current local societal mindframe approaching Christmas in the US, or new instreaming energies after the lunar eclipse? Anyone else experiencing this?
