Is it possible to feel 4th density light?

I am not sure if this has any relevance to this thread, but about five, six years ago , one morning in Southern California where I live, I was driving and suddenly thought, whoa the light is much whiter, it was a beautiful day, and about two weeks later I was at the time visiting a web site and it said that a new cosmic ray had just hit Earth and the light had changed. I felt my frog ego inflating like a ton... . Hopefully, it deflated a bit since
