    I am certain that controlled breathing is essential to meditation. It is only when the breathing is balanced within a relaxed body, that one can begin to experience the amazing hidden reality.
    you have made a good observation, that is worth studying further. Perhaps if we work on controlling our breathing while visualizing our own energy spiraling inwards with each breath, balancing an upward energy, we may be able to experience something new. I will try it tonight.
