he only wrote two books ( and a half that was released long after his death)

Beelzebub's Tales to his Grandson and Meetings with Remarkable Men. What you are looking for is in those books. in particular in Beelzebub's tales to his grandson you may find the chapters on Purgatory (the laws of 7 and 3) and World creation and Maintenance to be a good opening to the subject...it is written so that you will not understand it, be prepared to work for it.
