This process that you have explained is very familiar to me.
Please rest assured that all is going to plan even when you get the impression that the 'wheels are falling off'.
Staying for longer and longer periods in the heart enables awareness. Too much focus on the mental side only fuels the ego and delays the inevitable motion towards the light.
You have done very well and we are very proud of you and all the awakening ones.
