I have found the following very helpful with grounding:
- Find a quiet spot in nature and lay down. There is a park next to my workplace and every lunchtime I lay down on the grass and visualise roots coming out of my body and going down into the ground, picturing all the dross and dark matter going into the earth, down the roots, then drawing up fresh revitalising golden white light. 30 minutes 5 times per week.
- Listening to grounding frequencies with headphones, this one is particularly good as it's made with a real cello instead of sound generators and you can really feel it in your feet - 174hz
- Get to a qualified shamanic practitioner and have a soul retrieval performed asap! This in itself will help heal a lot of the disconnect between mind and body.
