As with most things, it largely depends on how you're approaching it and which energy centers you're activating and/or otherwise working with. It could be a pure act of self-gratification or, with the higher energy centers activated, you could instead be sharing your energies with the universe rather than another person.

Can you explain a bit? I know what you mean. but I need details. is it ok to fantasize about a stranger who may not want it to happen if they knew? and how are we impacting the person that is fantasized? will they feel anything?

As for fantasizing about other people, that's one I've pondered as well. My general feeling is that it's probably best if it can be avoided, but given how our human sexual systems work, that's admittedly a very high bar to clear. My basic feeling is that as long as one is channeling green/love energies or higher, nothing bad would happen to the one being focused on. You're probably just sharing love with their higher self.

That said, I also tend to think it's probably better to stick to people who have "signed up" to be sex objects, such as in pornography or show business. I know porn and its creation is a whole can of worms with a lot of problematic issues; just that on a one-to-one level it's probably better than fantasizing about some random person who never asked in any way to be fantasized about.
