Ok, i'm sure there are many that wonder this, but few that would ask this question.
I'm curious as to how the pleasuring of one self impacts that person from the physical/metaphysical perspective and how this relates to the energy centers. In the LOO material, sex between 2 people transfers energy from one another.
Lets say the reason why someone would do this is to release built up energy. I would love to hear anyone's insight into this.
