It's like looking in a mirror... All I want is to help people, but I can barely help myself.

It's okay to focus on yourself you know. Selfishness is an intrinsic part of selflessness.

Don't beat yourself up just yet, maybe it's time to support yourself rather than beat yourself up. You know some of us put ourselves through some serious s***, it's really important to know when to try to help others, and when to try to help yourself. I'm still learning those lessons myself...
