I'm of the opinion that if it was meant to be most anything you do that increases you spending time with her would work. But barring that:
Ask her out to do something you both would enjoy.
Say its a date if she asks for clarification or when she accepts to make it clear ("It's a date then"). Or something similar to the above - doesn't have to be exactly like that.
And also realize that if you're already adolizing her without knowing her that well, you could well be remembering a great love you had in a past life and projecting that. Pretty sure that happens to me at least.
