The messages from Higher Self and positive entities are usually symbolic. if the message scares you or tries to make you feel bad about yourself or mistrust, ... it's probably sent by a negative entity. for example I used to have this thought that I'm an evil monster and lack innocence and purity. I think the thought may have been planted in my head by a negative entity.
