Yeah didn't Ra say something about quick and cruel catalyst? I think it was like in higher density.

Sounds about right. I've noticed that when I'm really "in the groove" and in that sort of productive-trance that if my mind turns to negative/self-destructive beliefs it REALLY bites me in the ass. I can hardly imagine how hard of an ass-biting it would be for a higher density-being.
