I have a family, job, duties and a very busy schedule. I don't know a guru or a personal teacher (except Higher Self and guides). I receive much blessing in the church rituals. The only time of stillness is early in the morning when all sleep. And I do some body exercises and improvised positions and moves 1 hour maximum a day. I also follow some light ascesis.
