If its over active I would go for a yellow stone to move the energy up/start working on the blockage above it.
If under active there are a lot of good sacral stones. Maybe even a root/sacral combo. I have a nice orange red jasper I found on the beach. Sometimes you don't even have to buy them they come to you.

Mookaite might cover all three for you and it has an incredibly lovely energy.
