I don't agree with this, because Ra said that if you think strongly about building a ship for instance, it will happen in higher densities. I don't believe there are purely conceptual thoughts.
If you can imagine anything it must exist, or you couldn't imagine it. I believe any one of our thoughts could exist on the astral plane.
