i tried it a few times and tried to keep the mind conscious but didn't experienced the body sleeping while mind awake
Sleep paralysis usually happens on its own for example when you have to go to work and are still tired and have only ten minutes to rest a bit so u try to sleep but keep your mind awake to not sleep more than ten minutes. then it happens.
when the body is tired it works better. and also u shouldn't move your body at all.
I think I should mention this; once I drank 360 mg dextramethrophan and when I was walking in an empty dark street, I got out of my body and hovered ten meters above it and watched everything from above. so drugs can also help. although I dont recommend them at all for obvious reasons.
