Astral projection

Anyone on this forum actually doing succesfully doing conscious astral projection?

I have tried for some time on and off but with no real success.
It wasnt until a year ago that i found out whats blocking me...
That blockage might be quite common among wanderers.

So i would ne interested, if anyone actually does it!

I have done it several times. last time I did it was about two years ago. I passed through walls and flew around a bit. that was all

But I've had more lucid dreams. in them I usually fly and hover and have fun doing so.

and one time I was placed in a female demon's domain and magically fought her using thought and energy (my best friend was standing behind me for support) she looked very scary but we won the battle. she fell easily.

but my best lucid dream experience was this one; I found myself at the gate of a very very old village... there were no people. I waited a while until Hafez Shirazi (greatest mystical poet in man's history) approached me he was I think 60 years old (when he reached enlightenment) and took me to an empty tavern and gave me wine.
Recently I'm making a song for him to return the favor..
