Thats interesting! Does it take you more into mental or more into emotional realms?

I usually experience it more mental at the expense of emotions in a way.
Only sometimes does it get really emotional for me.

Did you experience complete healings or rather initiations, a Place to Start with so to say?

I usually try to apply the new gained insights in the following days as long als the experience is still vivid and graspable.
But i still tend to "forget" or simply nötig apply the insights in the Long run...
