Today I was at the park sitting in the sun, and a squirrel came very close, about 2 feet from me, checking me out! He got scared and ran away though.

I have been scared a couple of times when I felt a very very strong energy from the earth...it's usually the fear that stops the feeling. It comes up through my root chakra and up about halfway to my heart. I am starting to get used to it though and less fearful. Maybe next time I will be ready.

has anyone else felt an energy like this?
