try counting your breaths to keep the mind conscious. then sleep paralysis should happen quickly.
you won't be able to move your body but you will feel your energy body which you should spin round and around yourself until it detaches from your physical body.
I've come to that stage where the physical body sleeps and I feel my energy body. I've begun to turn my energy body but it doesn't work, either nothing happens or my physical body eventually begins to move. Any suggestions?
