I spend a lot of my time in contemplation, sometimes meditation.
I wonder about sending love out into the world. Or visualizing that I am giving the whole world a hug and feeling warm fuzzies.
Are we here to just raise the vibration of the Earth to help it ascend into 4D?
Or are we here to mainly work on ourselves, work through our catalyst, and our karma, and raise our own vibration?
I know both is an easy answer, but what's a good way to spend a lot of time if we don't work and we don't really want to go out?
I don't do too well in crowds. I'm not horrible, but I prefer being alone. Or maybe with one friend which has been awhile.
