    Maybe I don't understand this properly but Isn't Ra saying that these essential sound vibrations would be something like the rotation speed of a photon measured in Hz? If it was just a vibration then it wouldn't have a vowel. For instance: if you sang at the note A, 440HZ in the Western Scale, you could sing any vowel, consonant, word fragment, etc. at that frequency and it would still be 440Hz(A), so it would be the same with this essential sound vibration. And then if you had a computer playback that frequency something cool would happen.
