Very interesting list, irpsit.
I'd like to think that quite many people on this planet are in your 5th stage, for ethics and morality is a very active topic with the easy flow of information we experience by the internet. One can influence and be influenced by so many thoughts, so intellectual and spiritual growth is truly increased/encouraged.
Few there are that could be 6th, but they do exist.
