Yes, I think she was leaning that way also. Probably would rather we buy her book.
I use a couple of solfeggio scale recordings to meditate with. Or rather, thats what I bought them for originally. What I found is that they distract me during meditation and seem far more effective to listen to prior to meditation or as a soft background with headphones or earbuds while going about your regular day.
