Can you be more specific about why you feel the Blue Avians are the Ra social memory complex? Because honestly, I just don't get that impression.
Also, the idea of them being Blue Avians contradicts the Ra material description of the Ra social memory complex, who, by their own admonition, simply appear as light on the physical level. Even when the Ra social memory complex visited the Egyptians and clothed themselves in 3rd density visible tangible forms approximating their sixth density light forms (as best they could) they appeared as tall slender beings with golden skin, so its very possible these Blue Avians are a different group altogether.
