loving and forgiving oneself

Dear Akhtu and Aaron

Thanks for your kind and gracious responses. Self love and forgiveness
expands our ability to love and forgive others. I look at this world and i
say why not forgive myself i can forgive others without that much of a
problem i might as well forgive myself. we are fortunate in that we have
a support group here to encourage us and lift us up and give us
new ideas for our journey thru this dimension.
