Road trips are very healing if done with good company (sometime that is alone or with an animal companion--- I have a friend who travels with her hedgehog) or with good human company! Sometimes the best road trips are on a bus or on a train. I prefer rail travel as there is always the observation car, dining car or sleeping car to explore and there is no driving required and lots of time to think, reflect, connect with Spirit and see the scenery.

Some of the most profound road trips are taken during the planning stages. It is the process of planning a trip that creates the healing journey.
