Balancing includes a whole raft of approaches. Forgiveness, understanding, integration, resolution, comprehension, acknowledgement, attention, observation, respect, recognition, and finally acceptance.
At the end of the process, there is a 'felt' experience of dissolution of these structures, and it's like it was never there.
