Yeah it's like aion said, letting go to the greater force ; gravity ; love.

It is a natural sinking in to the body and all of the energetic senses.

Depersonalization or auric aversion is the opposite.

As per balancing, I let go of thought and open myself to mostly right-brain awareness. In this awareness is all that I am. And here lies every potential and learning tool I will ever call to this vehicle.
