That's a good point and an honest thing to admit Gem. I think it's akin to taking the leap, like The Fool - we do it when we incarnate, and we have to do it over and over again when we are confronted with fear. Sometimes we retreat and let the fear get the best of us, and that's okay, because sometimes we need to rest even while we are incarnate.

You could play with red-ray visualizations, to start, to see how they feel. Just picture it glowing and rotating, get it moving, and see if it feels good or bad. Then go from there.
