I was always curious about both Confederation and the negative Orions. After all, all are part of the original One.

Is it possible to graduate in 4th density negative without participation in the power structure? Or is that only available in 5th and sixth density negative?

I understood what Ra said about Orion and Southern Cross, that they are all members of the Orion group, but the apex of the power structure is located in Orion. But there are also members who complete isolated and more negative polarised, is that correct?
