To me the shadow self represents my unconscious acts which I would not be doing if more conscious.
Mainly has been about hurting people unawarely because I did not expect them to be hurt. From not doing things for others because I myself did not need such things done, to saying things that hurted others because words can hardly get to me. I'd say I've always had good intentions but never tried much to manifest them. Sometimes I think it'd be much easier to be left alone without people seeing worth in my existence nor having expectations toward me.
