During my everyday life, i have this awareness with me, it hardly shuts off,
i really have to resist well being to get that to happen.
When some catalyst happens, i feel emotion, any emotion, but i am constantly aware of ME all the time.
When i feel love, i am ware, wen i feel annoyed, i am ware, when i feel fear, i am aware.
It usually dissolves negative emotions as well. Not always and when it does not i am glad all the same because i can experience me in a different way.
I feel like ME.
ME you know ?
Non judgmental, unconditional awareness, Love, Creation and Stillness.
That is why I AM here and always will be, Everything always will BE.
