4D would include a heavy retrospective of all past 3D incarnations including all useful thoughts you could have ever had, past traumas, contradictions between convinctions you've had in different lifetimes, etc. Also it wouldn't start off with pefect harmony, you will not be able to hide your thoughts from others and will have to face yourself in a deeper manner as you are confronted with other-selves and their thoughts.

It is the density of Love but Love is what is sought and grows throughout the density, not given off the bat in awareness.
