I definitely agree with this. Would you say, that you find/found, sorrow. Close to what I describe?

From the root to the heart we are gummed up with sorrow. This is because it is sorrow that still needs to be felt fully and so released.

I feel an abyss of sorrow within my heart chakra as I said but this abyss is very weightfree. I would not cast away this sorrow nor would I transmute it in something different. It seems rightfully part of myself.
