    Ya it is definitely more easy to enjoy growth looking back on it after it is done and seeing how we have changed, and can say wow that growth was exciting, but to actually find the joy while the growth is happening seems much better. Though, if we are able to step back and observe the catalyst as it is happening and feel the joy and see the catalyst for what it is and what lesson it is trying to teach you, does that make the catalyst not useful anymore because we were able to identify it?
