I have a practice that I thought might interest some: I use several laser crystals for meditation. That is, the crystals that are used inside of lasers, transforming light from a wide spectrum flashbulb to specific frequencies.
It is likely that these crystals are extremely flawless, unlike natural crystals, and the same is generally true of synthetic gems like diamonds or rubies. I also use a synthetic diamond for meditation.
RA doesn't seem to mention this subject, but what do you think?
