Last night I dreamed that I had this pump on my chest, that helped control my lungs. I realized it quite late in the dream and was trying to learn how to/incorporate the pump into my every day actions. I was actually only operating on 3% energy/oxygen levels when I found the pump.
Pretty sure it was symbolic of expending energy through the heart chakra without proper clearing of the lower chakras (correctly using the "pump"), which I'm sure is what is contributing to my fatigue.
Very soon after I learned about my chest-pump in my dream, in real life, our neighborhood bluejay came screeching in to the feeder, as he likes to do, and woke me up (with a beautiful show, no complaints!)
