Time is not of the essence here from either perspective, and we're not talking 7th density enlightened beings,
but 'generic' souls, driven by desire, attraction and fear primarily.
99.99% of all life on Earth are troubled entities that are infuriated by death.
It doesn't seem all that rosy in time/space for them.
You will find often in religion and metaphysics that fear is what drives them around.
Soul will not recognize the lapse and pick up where left it off? Walk-in must be different than birth-in.
Re-establishing soul/body birth-like bond would be questionable,
but revived body could function and go on developing their own.
Puzzled purely from standard established reincarnation view point,
but that soul can enter a collection of molecules, and reside indefinitely, oh it can.
