Life can be a cakewalk and the biggest lie I have ever been told is that it cannot be. I will say it again: Every moment can be chosen to be seen as completely ours and perfect, suffering and all. In the end, suffering does not exist especially once it is accepted.
Learning only matters if it leads to greater joy in all aspects of living. Otherwise, it is not learning at all: You're just a broken record on repeat.
This density can be pain-free if you choose it to be.
