Ashim... (Or anyone) And I hope I can put this question to you clearly.. If all originates from the source, and extends into complexity and basically into lower and lower forms of life. Then why does life seem to evolve in the exact opposite direction? Microbes came before mammals and one led to the other. I haven't found an adequate answer to this myself.

Interesting question! Words are limited, however, I'll do my best!
The Universe is a constant movement of implosion and explosion, like a flux and a reflux, like the heartbeat.

The Universe is in expansion and in contraction at the same 'time' (sorry for the misnommer because there is no time only eternity, of course, in the Universe).

Therefore, both movements are necessary to create life which in its turn will create consciousness.
On the path 'down' it is the creation of life and, on the path 'up', it is the creation of Consciousness.

It is the constant movement of life and consciousness.
Such movements allow consciousness to rise again towards the Creator who, on one 'hand' (sorry for the misnommer again, haha!) creates and sends life and, on the other hand (haha!), harvests consciousness.

Therefore, in what may seems from our point of view, evolution, we find this same principle of the 'heartbeat'. It is because Consciousness cannot stay standstill that the Creator sends itself as sparks down here to experiment life and then from the experience of life, consciousness is created and it is then that the Creator can experience Himself and that Consciousness expands.
